Start your evening in the bar, with a glass of single-malt scotch or an import beer and savor the sunset over scenic Cook Inlet. Meals at "Simon's" (as the locals call it) are a delight whether you favor land or sea entrees. The aged prime rib is world-class, and the thick steaks are hand-cut to order.
